Based on my analysis of the crypto market over the past several years, crypto has changed.

I think 2017 was the last, retail-driven market. 2026 is increasingly an institutionally influenced market. Back then, everything pumped.

Today, capital is concentrated in a handful of assets while many altcoins have endured one of the worst multi-year periods of underperformance in crypto history.

That doesn't mean opportunities are gone. It means they're becoming more selective. The biggest moves often come from the assets nobody wants to talk about anymore.

Markets tend to overshoot in both directions. In 2021, many altcoins became irrationally expensive. In 2026, many look completely forgotten.

The question isn't whether crypto can still produce massive returns.

The question is whether you're looking where everyone else has already stopped looking.

Structure first.

Narrative second.
