Rethink your constructions of what you consider to be "real"
Things we often take to be unreal in a materialist sense, like movies, social media, video games, etc.. have "real" physiological and cognitive effects on us.

Ladies and gentlemen.... we have finally reached that time of year where birds are beginning to migrate northward for spring! Over the next 3 days, over 75 million birds are expected to be in migration across the US! This is happening a bit ahead of schedule, with hummingbirds already being reported in the Tennessee valley regions.

The Pope urged priests not to write sermons using ChatGPT
During a meeting with clergy of the Diocese of Rome, Pope Leo XIV warned about the “temptation” to entrust homilies to artificial intelligence.
According to him, if one does not train one’s own mind, it will “atrophy.”
“AI will never be able to preach the faith,” he stressed.
The pontiff added that Christianity is not about the formal recitation of prayers, but about a living relationship with God.
So the question is then if you choose to engage with social media - how do you cultivate attention elsewhere?
Because clearly sustained attention isn't a benefit of using social media.....
