@ao My wife took delivery & had to ask the team to remove, which they did reluctantly - although left her to unpack the very large item on her own! Not to mention all the packaging to dispose of!

Not impressed - and do not feel like we have received a good service from AO!!

@ao Had a new fridge freezer delivered today (as a replacement for one that stopped working last week - which incessantly was only purchased in March last year!) and as a new AO member I did not benefit from the unpack & remove as promised!
