@BankofAmerica been with the same Bank for 35 years and still get treated like shit. Think it’s time to move on! Let me know who your bank with and if they have a good business account Department.
@BofA_Help I went into one of your service centers to get some assistance, since your Customer Service rep in Vegas had an attitude and didn’t want to transfer me to anybody.
The service center was just as useless, and nothing was accomplished!
@BofA_Help I am leaving out of town and this replacement card won’t be here in time. It shouldn’t have been cancelled in the first place because I declined the card in the website. Also, having a business account with false information is another reason I’m leaving.
@BofA_Help I am not gonna go off line with this, because you don’t want people to know how f’d up your customer service is. Tried to get help on why, y’all cancel a card and don’t issue priority delivery?
