@augustusdelano Solid advice. I would recommend keeping cash in excess put into T-Bills. ~5.5% APY interest and can be put in as low as 4 week increments. At very least lots of online savings banks pay close to 5%, immediate liquidity

Too many people leave too much cash in interestless accounts

Ambition requires sacrifice.

It’s easy to get lost in the short term ergonomics of it and not see what the long term endeavors are, especially when it’s mutually beneficial for all parties.
