you can judge every parent who does their best inside a system that does not work and not a single child will be helped. because passing that judgment is not for the children, it is for the person passing judgment
Hey @Ryanair, my parents who are in their 70s and 80s, had accidentally downloaded the return flight boarding card instead of the outgoing ones and you charged them £110 to print them at the airport. £110 for 2 pieces of paper which took 1 minute. Shame on you
If Warner Bros Discovery can afford to pay its CEO David Zaslav $286 million in compensation over the past 2 years, it can afford to pay its writers much better wages and benefits. Mr. Zaslav: Listen to the Boston University students and the Writers Guild. Pay your writers.
David Zaslav, CEO of Warner Bros Discovery, hit with a massive "Pay your writers!" chant from Boston University students during his commencement speech. Love to see it. #WGAstrong
BREAKING: A video still of the shooters gun in the Texas mall shooting appears to be an AR-15-style rifle.
The SAME gun more than 30 law enforcement officers were AFRAID to confront in Uvalde that left 19 children dead.
The SAME gun that’s been
the weapon of choice in many of the most horrific mass shootings in recent memory, including the Covenant school shooting in Nashville just two weeks ago.
The SAME gun brandished by Republican radicals like Marjorie Taylor Greene and Lauren Boebert.
The SAME gun worn as a pin on the lapels of disgusting GOP lawmakers.
This is what we need to scream everywhere:
If 30 armed officers wearing full tactical gear with ballistic shields are too afraid to confront a single gunman with an AR-15, they SHOULD NOT be in the hands of civilians.
We have the answer. It’s the guns.
BAN ASSAULT RIFLES NOW.
BREAKING: A First responder in the Texas mall shooting pours water over the bullsh*t GOP narrative:
“It wasn't mental health that killed these people, it was an automatic rifle with bullets,” he said.
“Prayers and condolences won't bring these people back. We need action in the federal and state legislatures for better gun control,” witness Steven Spainhouer told MSNBC.
“I’m saying this as someone who loves guns….I'm a former police officer. I’m a former Army officer.”
Spainhouer rushed desperately to aid those wounded and dying after shots rang out a little after 3:30 p.m. May 6.
He said the victims had such horrific injuries that they had to be loaded into police cars because ambulances would not have gotten them to nearby trauma facilities fast enough.
He also said he also found a child, who survived while covered by his protective mother who had been killed.
Ultimately, Spainhouer says what he witnessed Saturday will haunt him for the rest of his life.
Now, he’s calling on Congress to DO SOMETHING.
Thank you former officer Spainhouer for speaking out! 💙
I was laid off from Twitter this afternoon. I was in charge of managing badge access to Twitter offices.
Elon just called me and asked if I could come back to help them regain access to HQ as they shut off all badges and accidentally locked themselves out.
