@makemytripcare What’s the point? Your customer care is useless. I have shared the notification of the flight cancelled by Akasa, raised the ticket and yet not received a refund. In fact, y’all can go to Akasa’s website and check that it’s cancelled!

One of the reasons I preferred @zomato over @Swiggy was that it let me read customer reviews of restaurants before I order. However, that option no longer exists on the app. Instead, they have completely moved to this weird twin rating system which makes no sense to me. 🤷

Not only has @zomato quietly removed access to customer reviews, it has now also removed quite a bit of information about the “restaurants”, listed on its platform.

No way of knowing whether that 4.0+ rated restaurant is a restaurant or a street cart.
