The NCHS will improve health outcomes at community level through strengthening the existing CH systems to provide essential services as outlined under the UNMHC package.
Community Health Week is an annual event with the goal of raising awareness about the mission and accomplishments of Uganda's health sector. Community Health Centers serve as the beacon of strength, service, and care in their communities.
