Dear @naralokesh Sir,

Final semester results of RGUKT (IIIT Nuzvid) were announced over a month ago, but many students still cannot obtain their Provisional Degree Certificates.

Students are being asked to clear pending dues of nearly ₹1.3 lakh before certificates are issued.

We are RGUKT Andhra Pradesh students facing serious issues in fee reimbursement:
• RTF promised ₹45k (PUC) & ₹50k (https://t.co/0KKQzhcqK0) → only partially released
• MTF promised ₹20k/year → only ₹10k initially, ₹0 for last 3 years

No clarity on pending dues & link to degree certificates
• No transparency in mess bills or official communication.
We request immediate action to release pending amounts and ensure transparency.

Additionally, we humbly request a formal meeting with the Hon’ble Governor, CM, and Ministers of Youth Affairs & Sports around 6th January, before our departure to Delhi.

If feasible, we kindly request 3AC travel arrangements or additional reimbursement, which would also support participants traveling through private means.

We were informed that Sleeper Class train reimbursement will be provided that are Waiting list. However, for many participants the journey exceeds 24 hours, and parents of girl participants have serious safety concerns.
