Thanks! I think the first reason is introduced in the article: https://t.co/tE1lvzurgG
I have a vision: the desktop should be quiet and simple. It shouldn't force you to do things a specific way, but at the same time, it shouldn't give you infinite ways of doing the same thing. Many people (including myself) don't really like feeling as if they are in the cockpit of an airplane. All of this, combined with my insane drive to build things, led to Singularity.
I could elaborate more, and that's exactly what I am trying to do with the devlog and UX docs at https://t.co/8HLzIdkrYp <3
@brombinmirko Congrats. Just a question that others may have. Why should I use singularity? I mean no harm by this, just asking to get what's the difference between all the others DEs already available
@vivoplt Being using antigravity on the pro plan. Is really awesome for my code usage. Cancelled Claude and Codex (codex is ending extended limits tomorrow so...).
Thinking if it's worth it to keep the opencode go plan or not.
We’re thrilled to announce the Antigravity CLI, a lightweight way to spin up the same Antigravity agents right from the terminal. 💻
It gives you the exact same harness and same models, with a product experience tailored for the command line. It adapts entirely to you: your keybindings, your themes, your workflows.

@awesomekling@ladybirdbrowser Nice stuff.
Is ladybird already in a state where you guys use it for almost everything? Or do you use another browser for casual things?
Lately Ive heard many complaints about Claude Code. As a Codex Plus + OpenCode Go user, I went against the grain and got Claude Pro. 15 days in, never hit limits. Mostly use Sonnet 4.6 High even with Opus 4.7 stayed under caps. My use case isnt aggressive, but it's perfect for me
@LottoLabs Do you think the 20$ plan on @ollama gives us more usage than the 10$ for opencode go? Even opencode gives us 60$ worth of usage/month?
I'm seriously thinking about trying @ollama for the next month
The Ladybird alpha channel will start some time in 2026. It's going to be rough!
The main purpose of the alpha is to collect bug reports and learn where to focus for beta. We hope people will understand this and not get too excited :)
@sudobunni We definitely need more ppl like you. Keep it going.
Btw, would you mind sharing how we can, as a community, help you keep up with all those donations? Even for people who don't have a way to financially help.
