A friend who's both simple and unique, passionate about evolving technology and advocating for good governance, and dedicated to humanitarian activism.
@hauwa_farouk Is just our backward way of thinking. Parents and society tend to put more pressure on one gender, that's why in most cases their faults seem oblivious and ignored. Sad reality 💔
Those attacking Rarara are missing the point. What Davido did at the World Cup stage was completely wrong. The World Cup is one of the biggest global events, watched by millions around the world, yet instead of promoting Nigeria’s strengths, culture, and achievements, he chose to highlight the country’s problems before an international audience.
No patriotic citizen should be comfortable with exposing the nation’s weaknesses on such a massive platform. Criticizing problems at home is one thing, but presenting them to the world in a way that damages the country’s image is another. Nigeria deserves better representation than that.
Rarara simply spoke his mind and defended the dignity of the nation. Rather than being insulted or attacked, he deserves credit for standing up for what many Nigerians believe. Speaking the truth should never be treated as a crime.
A true patriot promotes the image of his country before the world while working to solve its challenges through the proper channels. That is why many people believe Davido was wrong and that Rarara’s response was justified.

I am truly elated to welcome the Federal Government delegation, led by the Permanent Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Transport, Engr. Olufunso Adebiyi along with representatives from the Ministry of Finance Incorporated (MOFI) and our esteemed project contractor, Mota-Engil, on an important follow-up meeting on the Kaduna Light Rail Project.
This engagement presents a vital opportunity for both teams to harmonize our efforts and deepen our collaboration toward the successful realisation of this transformative initiative. I am heartened by the updates shared by the Federal Government team regarding the progress achieved thus far, underscoring our collective commitment to advancing modern transportation infrastructure in Kaduna State.
During their visit, the delegation undertook a reconnaissance tour of the project site, allowing stakeholders to assess developments firsthand and align on critical next steps.
I wish to extend my heartfelt gratitude to His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for his visionary leadership and unwavering support of infrastructure development in our dear state and indeed across the nation. We are especially appreciative of his approval of the N1 trillion funding for the 50KM Kaduna Light Rail Project and his commitment in ensuring that the contractors and project team moved swiftly into action.
We are equally encouraged that this visit demonstrates the readiness of all stakeholders for the groundbreaking ceremony, which is expected to take place in a month’s time. We remain grateful for the confidence placed in us by His Excellency, as the pilot state for this landmark project, which reinforces our status as a leading state in transportation innovation within Nigeria.
I also wish to acknowledge the delegation’s recognition of the Kaduna State Government’s cooperation and dedication. Together with our Federal Government partners and the project contractor, Mota-Engil, we remain resolute in our commitment to delivering the Kaduna Light Rail Project for the benefit of our citizens.

This is an ongoing construction of 36 km road from Bagoma–Gagumi in Birnin Gwari LGA
Many might ask: Which Birnin Gwari? Yes, the same Birnin Gwari that was once deemed a "no-go area."
Today, with restored security across the LGA and the state, hope is back. Farms and businesses are bustling, schools and hospitals are open, and vital developmental projects are springing up everywhere, all thanks to the purposeful leadership of Governor @ubasanius

These People are currently attacking Jaiz Bank online, and frankly, their logic is incredibly flawed. They claim that because bandits are seen displaying cash from Jaiz Bank, the institution must be sponsoring them simply because it is an Islamic bank.
Common sense should tell you that the victims' families likely withdrew that money to pay a ransom. In their eagerness to attack Islam, many people are completely abandoning logic. At this point, it is clear that this outrage is intentional rather than accidental.
@aiishadahir Thank you for always sharing beneficial knowledge. It has been very enlightening, and I pray that Allah rewards you abundantly for it.
However, I have a question. If, according to Islam, our day begins at Maghrib, when does the night officially begin?

₦850 billion in foreign debt.
₦250 billion in local debt.
That’s over ₦1 trillion in debt, with rising interest obligations for debt servicing.
Add to that the over ₦500 billion needed to complete already contracted projects, and you’ll begin to understand the enormity of the challenge Governor @ubasanius inherited when he took over Kaduna State in 2023.
When you consider what he met on the ground, it becomes easier to appreciate what he has achieved in less than three years in office, all without borrowing a single kobo.
Kaduna Ranks Among Nigeria’s Top Three Performing States as Independent Assessments Validate Reform Agenda
The Kaduna State Government has welcomed the outcome of the 2025 Phillips Consulting State Performance Index (pSPI), which ranked Kaduna State 3rd nationally and awarded it an Excellent Four-Star Rating, placing it among Nigeria’s highest-performing states.
In a statement issued by the Honourable Commissioner for Information and Culture, Malam Ahmed Maiyaki, the Government described the ranking as an independent validation of the reform-driven and people-centred policies being implemented by the administration of Governor Uba Sani.
According to the Commissioner, the ranking reflects measurable progress in governance, fiscal management, economic development, infrastructure, healthcare, education, agriculture, security, and social inclusion.
"This recognition is significant because it comes from an independent and credible assessment that combines objective performance indicators with citizen feedback. It confirms that Kaduna State is making steady progress in strengthening institutions, improving governance outcomes, and expanding opportunities for its citizens," Malam Maiyaki said.
The Commissioner noted that the latest ranking adds to a growing list of independent recognitions received by Kaduna State. Earlier in the year, the state emerged Number One in Nigeria on the 2025 Transparency and Integrity Index (TII) published by the Centre for Fiscal Transparency and Public Integrity (CeFTPI), while also recording the country's highest score on the Control of Corruption Indicator.
The Commissioner further said the recognitions reflect the impact of ongoing reforms and investments across critical sectors.
"These rankings are encouraging because they demonstrate that our efforts are yielding measurable results. However, our focus remains on improving the lives of our people through inclusive development, economic empowerment, quality service delivery, and sustainable peace," the statement stated.
Malam Maiyaki reaffirmed the commitment of Governor Uba Sani’s administration towards building a peaceful, prosperous, transparent, and globally competitive Kaduna State, while sustaining reforms that will deliver greater benefits to citizens.
The Kaduna State Government expressed appreciation to citizens, development partners, traditional and religious institutions, civil society organisations, and other stakeholders whose support continues to contribute to the state's progress and development.
Celebrating three years of dedicated service, inclusive governance, and milestone achievements across Kaduna State. Thank you, Your Excellency @ubasanius, for driving the "New Kaduna Project" forward.

182 people, along with their chief priest of this town, have accepted the religion of Islam in the Northern Nigeria 🇳🇬
The chief has given us permission to build a MOSQUE for them because of their large numbers, and to station a teacher who will teach them the religion. We are looking for someone who will build a small MOSQUE for us and pay the teacher 50k every month for the sake of Allah.
Those who have the means, please help for the sake of Allah. Anyone who can do either of these two things should call us on this number.
There are many villages like this. We need help with HIJABS and clothing FOR THE SAKE OF ALLAH.
