No hay que creer en el mercado para entender este gráfico. Basta con creer en la aritmética. Faltan 740.000 viviendas y el déficit se ensancha cada trimestre. Sin más oferta no hay política de vivienda que funcione: ni topes, ni ayudas, ni bonos al alquiler. Lo demás es discutir cómo se reparte un pastel que no crece.

in 1976 spain, over 99% of first marriages were catholic. fast forward to 2024 and almost 4 in 5 are civil. total first marriages have also halved, from 256k to 128k.
