Tengah menanda kertas dalam bilik, ketua warden Whatsapp minta hantar pelajar ke jeti Kuala Perlis. Mak dia meninggal di Pulau Langkawi.

Aku ingat aku dah kuat. Aku sampai je bilik dia, aku masuk, aku pegang bahu dia.

"Kuat tau. Kuatkan semangat..." terhenti ayat aku. Mata aku dah berkaca habis dah ni. Kelip sekali memang bercucuran air mata aku ni.

Sekarang tengah teman dia kemas beg dia sambil tersedu-sedan. Aku ni tak bercakap tapi takut aku pulak yang menangis.

Kau tahu, lepas Abah meninggal, macam ada satu butang dalam diri aku. Bila tengok orang melalui kehilangan Mak Abah atau orang tersayang, automatik aku akan teringat perasaan masa aku hilang Abah dulu. Sakit betul.
