ان سب کا منہ قبر کی مٹی ہی بھرے تو بھرے۔۔ یہ ان سب کے چونچ گیلی کرنے کے بہانے ہیں۔سی ڈی اے کا اس سال کا بجٹ پچھلے سال 90 ارب سے ساٹھ ارب بڑھا کر 152 ارب روپے کر دیا گیا ہے۔
ایک چھوٹا سا شہر تھا اسے ادھیڑ کر رکھ دیا ہے، ہر روز چیرمین سی ڈی اے سہیل اشرف کدال کندھے پر رکھ کر نکلتا ہے اور درخت کاٹ کر ٹھیکداروں کو وہاں چھوڑ دیتا ہے۔
لہذا اب ہر گھر کے سامنے انڈر پاس بنے گا، ہر گھر کی چھت پر فلائی اوور بنے گا، آپ کو الیکڑک سیٹرھی دی جائے گی گھر کی چھت سے فلائی اوور کے ساتھ لگائیں، گاڑی چڑھا لیں۔ ہر درخت کاٹا جائے گا، ہر خالی سڑک پر انڈرپاس بنے گا۔ ہر چونچ گیلی ہوگی پھر خواجہ آصف صاحب کسی دن ناراض پائے گے تو ہمیں بتائیں گے پرتگال کے بعد اب ہمارے بابوز کہاں کہاں جائیدادیں خرید رہے ہیں۔
اس وقت جب ان جائیدادوں کا بندوبست کیا جارہا ہے تو ہمارے خواجہ صاحب خاموش ہیں ۔
