That is a honest take my friend hence I don't work together with people unless they have the same high standards.

I also do not believe in the concept of burnout as most people do in the western world. A burnout occurs (IMO) because our soul does useless stuff, once you find something you are truly passionate about, the concept of burnout does not exist.

Sure you need balance, rest and all that and that is something you need to learn by trusting your intuition.

Also mistakes will be made, and that is fine. I like too create an environment that stimulates perfectionism and innovation by NOT judging any ones actions or ideas.

But the execution of these should be done accurately.

E.g. I am not an accurate writer, so we cannot be perfect in everything and the process towards should not be perfect, but the end product should be.

As a perfectionist and someone that expects the highest quality from myself and the people around me, it is not easy to find a team shipping quality time over time.
