Everyone you meet today- every single one- deserves even more love than they’re currently experiencing. However much they’re experiencing right now it’s more. They deserve more. Every one regardless of circumstances.
(Don’t forget that includes you 😉)
Gents: I'm leading a men's retreat June 4-7 with @schlaf@CryptoMindcare. Incredible new venue in the Catskills, NY. The first one we did over MLK weekend went so well that we decided to run it back.
Classic men's work, meditation, embodiment, healthy local food, saunas, hot tubs, and some guaranteed fun.
We have a couple spots left, including a scholarship rate. DM for more details.
A pattern I've noticed: The executives who are hardest to coach aren't the ones with anger problems. They're the ones who are "fine." They've built entire empires on top of emotions they've never let themselves feel. And the empire becomes the defense.
Every founder and CEO should read all they can about the drama triangle.
If you cannot face another person directly, you will drag a third person in and call it process. That is how companies rot from the inside.
Early on, the CEO is “the best person at the company” at some things. Often sales (passion + knowledge) or product vision.
But by 100 people, if the CEO is “better than everyone” at 𝘢𝘯𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨, the CEO has hired poorly, and the company is suffering.
Tough transition.
