I ordered some food items in Swiggy on 21.08.2026 Order ID: 246296257117051. Upon delivery I found that the whole Special Mutton Biryani was missing. However the other items were intact. On complaining to Swiggy they have refused to issue refund and this is their mail @Swiggy

@Swiggy I have always been a loyal customer of Swiggy but this way of dealing with consumer grievance is absolutely unacceptable. @Swiggy look into this and arrange for a suitable refund to avoid further legal complexities. I want the whole amount of the missing item plus taxes refunded

I ordered some food items in Swiggy on 17.07.2026 Order ID: 243273370199979 in which in one of the Chicken Biryani the entire piece of chicken was missing. The other items were intact. On complaining to Swiggy they have refused to issue refund and this is their mail @Swiggy

And past more than 72 hours from the withdrawal request. I have raised the issue with live support numerous times also have emailed you people on 04.02.2026 and 05.02.2026 but it has been of no use. When will I get the funds? You people seem to be a scam big time @BtcDanaGlobal

I made a withdrawal request vide Order no ITX1020260202988539 on 02.02.26. It was successfully processed on 03.02.26 at 16:50. However till now the funds have not been credited in my bank account. Its already past 48 hours from the successful status. @BtcDanaGlobal
