@AvantiWestCoast @BorisJohnson @RailOmbudsman Theres no point.. we spoke to customer service in india who repeatedly told us we will get refund with charges of £10per ticket.. and we asked her are you sure and she was!!! I think maybe some team training is in order.. as these false promises have been disturbing and stressful

@AvantiWestCoast @BorisJohnson So we tried to change our tickets as u have failed to read on my prev tweet.. the charges were £10per ticket and £100 on top for another date.. my original tickets cost £65.. remember we are being advised to only travel with our bubble.. my friend isnt in my bubble!!!!

We are losing money but why aren't @AvantiWestCoast accommodating people who are unable to assist people in tier 2 who are having to cancel but instead these companies are charging us even more than we have paid for our original tickets.. @BorisJohnson

The drama we have had has been unreal.. so theres a national pandemic.. ne guidelines have been set advising us to avoid unnecessary travelling.. and @AvantiWestCoast want to charge us £110 to change tickets.. which includes £20 charge for changing the tickets...
