Hey @Facebook when my account is blocked for no reason for a security check, that I provided twice personal ID card, and you NEVER replied (even a simple ack), no news after 1+ week, what can we do ?

@pcolazurdo @Bose I'm really astonished by this non eco-friendly attitude and not focusing the customer (1 year warranty only).
They propose to buy a new one at a "discounted" price (= the price you can find in the local costco..) such a shame.
Hope @bose has a better answer for new models

Hey @bose and @BoseService so when a QC35 battery dies, the answer from support "can't change the battery, buy a new one" ? REALLY ? Are we not in 2020, where we should repair instead of throwing this to the bin after a couple of years? #disapointed and will advise against @bose
