@jonny_trumble@jackconran8 I have often factored in overall trajectory of HbA1c readings (easy in primary care!) to reflect diabetic control and self Mx, however as HbA1c provides an average measure of glucose over the last 2-3 months do you think this has a role?!
Please #share and use the toolkit in primary care

If any of my physiotherapy colleagues treating patella tendinopathy can please spare a few minutes to complete this survey I would be very grateful https://t.co/NPazy5q6rf
@DrMarwanAl_D @ThomasRoth91 I recognise the hip is the most common joint for AVN (and the same risks factors apply!) but are you aware of any data related to shoulders and post CSI?! Or anecdotally do you see much of this? 🙏
@thefizzeo@CSP_FCP Also something to be said of quantity doesn’t always equal quality - I’m sure if all 3 professions had high patients per hour ratios the outcomes; patient contacts per condition, patient satisfaction and not to mention clinical decision making are negatively impacted
@thefizzeo@CSP_FCP Interesting thoughts - 1. you’d hope the value of having clinicians with different skills sets and pathway knowledge not only for the GPs / ANPs but also the patients themselves would be taken into consideration and not purely a bum of seats game…
FROZEN SHOULDER INJECTIONS 💉
🎯 Optimal Rx may inc 4 site & 3 site inj
🎯 40mg triamcinolone or methylprednisolone optimal
🎯 Image guidance did not lead to sig better outcomes.
🎯 Rotator interval inj, distension, and IA inj were equally effective

@NiharPalanPT @deejwilson @Physiozensam@ECarterDCHS@amadamson@FCPphysio @KayMSK_ I think 20 mins is very tricky (if not impossible) for the full ticket and injection especially if you haven’t seen the patient previously. As a trainee / soon to be new injector 20 mins 😥 would be an additional pressure 🕰️… Our appts our 20/30 min dependent on experience 7/8a
