As usual @policybazaar again. This time with my sister. she has paid for renewal of her policy last Saturday. Policy is still not live. She is trying since last two days to connect with her concerned person but no one picks up the call! What is this. Is this how you run business?
@policybazaar What do you want to follow? Policy is active on HDFC ergo since day one. Your app is not having correct info, nor you guys can figure it out. Lack of common sense absolutely. @pen5ta stop calling yourself a global company with such substandard work ethics!

Still waiting for your call/ prompt action @pen5ta seriously you need to look into @policybazaar internal working. Especially customer escalation team. Doesn’t feel right tagging you everytime for such small issues.

@HDFCBank_Cares@HDFC_Bank I have been trying since past three days to reach out to my relationship manager. But the call is not getting dialled or she is not calling back. Either way it’s very important regarding my debit card. Pls arrange a call asap or help me accordingly.

Pls don’t make such ppl as RM. 2. Don’t put RM if they are reachable only for selling loans/ cards. RMs are dedicated for issues.
@HDFCBank_Cares@HDFC_Bank I had lost my CCs and DC and had pushed for reissue for cards. One is showing delivered while other is on the way. In reality I have received none. Requesting you to help me asap.

Hello @policybazaar as usual. Again knocking on your door. This time for an update on a term insurance policy bought for my wife. You have bunch of untrained guys and partners at your disposal who don’t understand the basic concept of customer management. It’s been 15 days!
