A *true* recovery day.
No, not a day without training, a day that you prioritize recovery in everything you do - nutrition, environment, active movement, minimizing noise/outside stimulation etc.
@stevemagness NZ a good example of being dumb.We just lost our fastest ever male 100 metre runner to college football because they wouldn’t send him to Comm Games, worlds, Olympics. Even though he met qualifying?!? Good luck trying to grow the sport with that policy.

@TpKelly08 I think the activists just see the horrific conditions of animals in factory farms and can’t not speak up. Agree that should be aimed at those higher up providing the incentives to farm animals/not farm animals. Education key also so our future farmers learn the atrocities of ff
Interesting! Emphasis on lesser intensity training hitting solely aerobic system and not working zone 2/ grey zone. Endurance athletes need big aerobic system and so need to train that via low intensity training. Training too hard won’t improve aerobic system as efficiently.
