Demand 1: Initiation of criminal proceedings against Gyanesh immediately, and an answer to the question: Who gave him the orders?

Demand 2: Put all upcoming elections on hold. Freeze the SIR and restore the January 2025 voter list. Set up an independent inquiry into the entire SIR decision-making process. We also demand that the Supreme Court immediately take custody of all SIR-related files to ensure no records are destroyed, altered or go missing.

Demand 3: Repeal the 2023 law on the appointment of the Election Commissioners of India and enact a new law that inspires public confidence, with the active participation of members of civil society.

👉 इस बारे में खुद दो चुनाव आयुक्तों ने 10 महीने में 14 बार शिकायत की है।

▪️ शिकायत में साफ कहा गया कि दोनों चुनाव आयुक्त - सुखबीर सिंह संधू और विवेक जोशी को महत्वपूर्ण फैसलों की जानकारी नहीं दी जाती। उनसे सलाह नहीं ली जाती। उनसे बिना पूछे या बताए हुए फैसले लिए जा रहे हैं।

▪️ ये 14 शिकायतें मुख्य तौर से - SIR, फॉर्म 6 में बदलाव, नए वोटर का रजिस्ट्रेशन, वोटर लिस्ट से नाम हटाना और जोड़ना, नाम बहाल करने के आदेशों के खिलाफ अपील, वोटर लिस्ट की सुरक्षा और चुनाव आयोग के कामकाज को लेकर है।

इन शिकायतों से साफ होता है कि तीन सदस्यों वाले चुनाव आयोग में सिर्फ ज्ञानेश कुमार की चल रही है।

ज्ञानेश अपने बॉस मोदी की तरह तानाशाही कर रहे हैं और मोदी को खुश करने के लिए 'वोट चोरी' का काम कर रहे हैं।

हम पहले भी कहते आए हैं - मोदी ने चुनाव आयोग पर कब्जा कर रखा है। ज्ञानेश कुमार मोदी के हाथ की कठपुतली है। इंडियन एक्सप्रेस की इस रिपोर्ट से ये बात साबित होती है।

मोदी और ज्ञानेश ने मिलकर देश के लोकतंत्र को बहुत नुकसान पहुंचाया है।

लेकिन ये बात याद रखना - वक्त आने पर सबका हिसाब होगा, जवाबदेही तय होगी। इस अपराध की सजा जरूर मिलेगी।

ये एक बेहद गंभीर समाचार है कि पिछले 10 महीनों में 2 चुनाव आयुक्तों ने निर्वाचन आयोग के गलत निर्णयों पर 14 बार अपनी आपत्ति दर्ज़ कराई है।

इसका सीधा मतलब ये है कि सभी चुनाव आयुक्त अपना सही काम नहीं कर पा रहे हैं। एक स्वतंत्र निकाय के सदस्यों को अगर न्यायपूर्ण कार्य करने की स्वतंत्रता नहीं है या उनकी कोई सुनवाई नहीं है तो ये लोकतंत्र के लिए बेहद घातक और ख़तरनाक हालात हैं। कुछ लोगों द्वारा सत्ता की कठपुतली बनकर लोकतंत्र को धोखा देना घोर सांविधानिक अपराध है। ये लोकतंत्र को मिटाने के किसी षड्यंत्र से कम नहीं है।
