@HM_Passport Now I've just been told by an advisor, it's not up to ten weeks from when they've received your old passport. It's up to ten weeks from when they've logged it on their system 🤦🏻‍♀️ We'll that's 2 weeks down the drain and my holiday in early August in jeopardy.

@HM_Passport I sent my passport for renewal two weeks ago and it still hasn't been marked as received, despite tracking showing it was delivered to your officers in Durham. When will this be moved in the system? Keep being told to "send my old passport" so it can begin processing

Is @NOW being absolutely shocking for anyone else today? 🤷🏻‍♀️ Trying to watch the F1 GP Practice 1 via casting to my TV and it has cut out about 65738358 times. Nothing wrong with my Wi-Fi and any other apps. Someone help before I scream 🤦🏻‍♀️😤
