@MrPope At the time I worked for a regional electronics retailer that used a lot of red/white/blue branding, and the morning of 9/11 the GM told us "corporate is considering closing the building because we're a likely target for a plane strike because the flag is painted on the building"
@BAKKOOONN Some hack out there was waiting for Netflix to give the final greenlight on his series of a plucky heroine who holds limitless power due to her connection to The Ether, or some shit, and he's absolutely sweating bullets right now.
@Fobwashed@giantbomb The rotating chair was actually always us, the audience. And I'm fine with that. People change and grow and move on, and the content they create (or consume) changes with them. Always grateful for what GB was to me back then, and what it will be to new audiences going forward.
