@DestinyFomo Got about 30 titles. I guess im conflicted.
With day 1 patches, DLC, auth checks and online DRM.... the disc is little more than a faster download to be fair.
@RSDCDN Makes the pre always online era of consoles look better and better every single day.
Most of what I play is older anyhow.
I might just resell the PS5 Pro I picked up on market place and stick to the stuff they cant pull the rug out from under us on.
@RSDCDN My nephew was going to pay $650 for a PS5 with a disc drive.
I spent ten minutes on ebay. Ordered a slim PS5 that had a disc drive on it. The console had a bad HDMI port.
$2 later for a new and 20 minutes of my time... the kid is happy and he saved nearly $400.
@usa_retro CRTs are infinitely more servicable and lasted much longer than a modern LCD.
How many CRTs out there with thousands of hours on them, never serviced... never touched and still run fine?
A modern flat panel, especially cheaper ones might last what... 2 or 3 years on average?
Here is an Atari Jaguar “Alpine” Development kit by Flare II Ltd. (Circa 1993)
The dev cartridge docked to a modified #Jaguar console via a special debug cable. This allowed the dev system software to trigger interrupts for breakpoints on PC or #Atari ST workstation.😎🤘#gamedev
Great games don't need to be 100 hours long. Here are 8 amazing games you can beat in a single weekend, from hidden gems to modern classics. Most take 5-6 hours or less, but you'll remember them long after the credits roll. WATCH >> https://t.co/NvP6V4ow5U
If an autistic guy wants to tell you important information about dinosaurs, trains, or noise-canceling headphones, you should listen.
In brief, the Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra 2 are the best noise-canceling headphones if, like me, you're going to spend a lot of time in them. By which I mean several hours a day plus sleeping. Plus ripping them off and throwing them in your sleep, etc. They're solid.
They're also cool, comfortable, and light. I'm pushing 60, so I'll spare you my 12MHz take as an old audiophile, but I do like the way they sound.
Get the blue/violet ones, they look good with jeans.

Guys, don't use this power board. I'm not saying this to sell POW blocks, but look at how it handles video - it sends the main board video pin straight to the RCA jack, which is then terminated in 75 ohms at the display. That pin is fed by a PNP emitter follower with 510 ohms to VCC. This forms a voltage divider, which crushes the signal. If you don't care about CVBS, it's fine, but something to keep in mind.
Audio is also directly sent to the RCA jack with no buffering.
