my appointment was cancelled due to not having insurance approval but I received an approval letter in the US MAIL the next day dated 7/26. It was approved. Now I am supposed to wait a month. Grrrrr

Narshanell Lashea Johnson was sentenced to 3 months' probation for stealing over $200,000 in MN food and emergency assistance through fraud via identity theft.

She must also pay $1,000 to five victims of identity theft.
