@cheltfestivals How about some ‘how to’ videos, especially how My Events, Booking, Basket, payment work. Add ‘How to change the number of tkts’ at the following points with text and video from links to the page that invites the customer to Buy All but doesn’t mention the other route

@cheltfestivals Booked 3 tickets, only want 2, plus a couple of others where I only want one. Cannot edit in basket. Cannot find how to access running £s total. Lack of explanation of how the basket works. Every year the system changes and still a nightmare
