BREAKING: CNN has just released a 2 minute audio recording of former President Trump speaking to a writer and apparently showing her classified Pentagon attack plan documents.

“These are the papers” Trump says as you hear him flipping through the pages. Trump then goes on to describe the papers as “highly confidential”.

Here are some key lines from the recording:

“This was done by the military and given to me."

“See as president I could have declassified it. Now I can’t, you know, but this is still a secret.”

“It’s so cool. I mean, it’s so, look, her and I, and you probably almost didn’t believe me, but now you believe me.”

“Hey, bring some, uh, bring some Cokes in please.”

This would appear to me to be incredibly damaging to Trump's case. Do you agree?
