@bayode4tunate @IbrahimOlusol12 Job experience, I believe this is diesel, not petrol. Diesel is less volatile when exposed to fire than petrol. That may explain why the driver was confident enough to make those moves, he understood the nature of the fuel and knew it would not spread as rapidly as petrol.
