Never booking with @TUIUK again!! Lose your luggage, take 5 days to get it on another flight, blame “third party” handlers and then when it finally lands, expect you to take 3 hours out of your day to get a taxi to pick it up!! Absolute joke! #disgusting

@TUIUK Both!! We were lied to about balcony’s in our rooms, then told we could have them if we paid an additional £5k, had to pay an additional £290 to add 2 babies and now my case has disappeared and I can’t get an answer as to why it didn’t turn up yesterday like the tracking said!

@TUIUK I have called them, and it was an absolute waste of time!! Around £17k spent on a holiday and it’s been ruined!! TUI lose my back, but can’t be bothered to put it on one of their own flights!! It’s a proper farce!
