@lastminute_com I booked TWO hotel rooms but my confirmation shows ONE. I complained on 11 Sept and still have no answer, despite another payment being due 18 Sept. Please urgently explain what happened and confirm the accommodation cost/refund before taking further payment.

@KentishKiwi @ArrivaKent My daughter has been catching the 531 to school for the last 5 years. It is always late to the 1st stop. Perhaps the driver should leave the depot earlier.
Daughter has been late to school every day this week & yesterday the bus broke down. Really Pops service
