Prismatic Evolutions - 1x UPC, 1x Tin Set, 1x ETB, 2x Booster Boxes

Roughly 140 packs to rip and will be posting breaks and hits for those who want to follow along.

How do I know what cards are available to pull on @RipzGG? For example, I have been opening Destined Rivals Booster Boxes, hoping to hit a Mewtwo SIR, which is shown in the chase cards section. However, there are no Mewtwos available in the marketplace. Are the two things mutually exclusive or is that an indication that there isn't a Mewtwo SIR available to pull?
