@limmerdan Mental health and burnout management, A&P, Pathophys and patient management on a spectrum. Instead we have months to turn our clinicians that are expecting to wear their capes on a daily instead of serving those who are victims of time and disease.

@limmerdan For the mundane. No one turns out for the 3am back pain, but the car vs pole looks like Mardi Gras. I do think they should be prepared, but that’s stress inoculation, not hero worship. An EMT program should be a year long commitment, with a heavy focus on (2/2)
