On the flip side, I don’t know that enough parents care enough to make the local league worth it. My experience is from a small town.

@Matt_Stepp817 Not completely correct. Parents inability and unwillingness to go outside and play catch with their kids kills it. Having a kid wanting to get the most of his experience is much easier on a select team of 11 kids who want to be there vs 2-3 kids that want to be there.
