بيان بشأن خروقات اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار في منطقتي الجزيرة وكوباني – 26 كانون الثاني

على الرغم من دخول اتفاقية وقف إطلاق النار حيّز التنفيذ مساء يوم أمس، تواصل فصائل دمشق ارتكاب انتهاكات خطيرة ومتكررة بحق المناطق الآهلة بالسكان في إقليمي الجزيرة وكوباني، في خرق واضح وصريح لبنود الاتفاق وتهديد مباشر لأمن المدنيين واستقرار المنطقة.

ففي تمام الساعة العاشرة صباحاً، شنت فصائل دمشق هجوماً بالمدرعات على محور بلدة الجلبية جنوب شرقي كوباني، حيث تم إفشال الهجوم.

ومنذ الساعة الثانية عشرة ظهراً وحتى لحظة إعداد هذا البيان، تتواصل هجمات تلك الفصائل على محور الريف الغربي لكوباني، مستهدفةً قرى زرِك والقاسمية.

وفي تمام الساعة السادسة مساءً، قصفت مدفعية الفصائل قرية القاسمية، ما أدى إلى استشهاد طفل وإصابة ثلاثة آخرين من أفراد العائلة نفسها.

كما قامت فصائل دمشق في تمام الساعة السابعة والنصف مساءً بشن هجوم باستخدام ثلاث طائرات انتحارية على قرية "قري" التابعة لمدينة كركي لكي، ما أسفر عن أضرار مادية.

وفي تمام الساعة العاشرة وأربعين دقيقة مساءً، استهدفت تلك الفصائل قرية الصفا في ريف جل آغا/الجوادية، مخلفةً أضراراً مادية.

وحتى لحظة إعداد هذا البيان، لا تزال تلك الفصائل تواصل هجماتها على محاور جنوب وغرب كوباني، في استمرارٍ واضح لانتهاك اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار وتصعيد خطير يعرّض حياة المدنيين للخطر.

خلال تلك الهجمات أُصيب أربعة من مقاتلينا بجروح، إضافة إلى استشهاد طفل وإصابة ثلاثة آخرين من نفس العائلة.

ندعو الأطراف الضامنة لاتفاق وقف إطلاق النار إلى تحمل مسؤولياتهم الكاملة في وضع حدٍّ لهذه الخروقات، وإلزام فصائل دمشق بالالتزام الكامل بالاتفاق، وضمان حماية المدنيين دون أي تأخير أو تهاون.

I Curdi sono stati la vera forza politica e militare che ha sconfitto ISIS fra l’Iraq e la Siria insieme alla Coalizione Globale contro il terrorismo. In questi anni nel nord dell’Iraq e nel nord della Siria sono riusciti a creare una società libera, tollerante, democratica e amica dell’Occidente. Ora in Rojava l’esercito dell’ex Al Qaeda, ed oggi presidente della Siria Al Jolani, ha dichiarato una guerra a tutto campo alle SDF, la coalizione fra curdi e altre minoranze. #Kobane è nuovamente sotto assedio nel silenzio della comunità internazionale e i curdi rischiano di essere spazzati via da terre che popolano da sempre. Come ha dichiarato il Gen.Mazloum Abdi Kobane (nella foto l'ho incontrato in Rojava due anni fa): chi condivide i nostri stessi valori di libertà e democrazia è il momento che faccia sentire forte la sua voce.

If al-Sharaa genuinely wanted the SDF to integrate and not simply force them into submission, then:
· Why did Damascus not invite any SDF / AANES officials to the "National Dialogue" in February?

· Why did al-Sharaa promote sanctioned warlords notorious for their abuses against Kurds as commanders?

· Why did al-Sharaa launch an offensive against Kurdish neighborhoods in Aleppo, although they had signed the Aleppo Agreement?

· Why did Damascus exclude large parts of the Northeast and Suwayda from the so-called “elections” in October?

· Also in October, the SDF sent a list of names of their members who could serve in the Ministry of Defense in Damascus, as part of integration talks. But Damascus reportedly never responded. Why?
