-Eat real food 🥘
-Avoid industrial seed oils
-Eat animal fats--they're natural
-Eat regular meat, dairy bc you need to:
-Get all your nutrients from real food
-Avoid sugar, grains, esp for those w/ obesity/diabetes
-Don't snack, try intermittent fasting
