@That1Passholder In my opinion Disney World shouldn't be separated by a class system almost. The thought that visiting resorts should be a resort guest perk is ridiculous, this whole policy also affects resort guests negatively
@That1Passholder If the parks are intended for out of state visitors, then why would they sell annual passes specifically designed for locals? The last time I checked, Disney Springs is in the Disney bubble therefore making everyone who parks there a guest.
To everyone defending a multi-billion dollar corporation: when this is expanded to park busses, will it be a bad policy then? Or does this not matter cause it doesn't affect you?
@That1Passholder The park is made for locals as well. I'm not a local, and this policy affects me as well. Busses are slow as it is, and you know there's going to be people that don't understand the policy and hold up the bus. This wouldn't be an issue if all locals had AP and could park free
I really hope that this policy isn't implanted for park busses too. They clearly don't want people parking at Springs and going to other places, which I don't understand. What exactly is so bad with people going to a resort when they aren't staying there?

This a version of the "tilt shift" camera effect where scenes look like stop-motion animation/toys. Made with After Effects last couple of weeks. Standard camera methods, no AI used.
As for the story itself, it's fine? They need a way to make the story explain why humans are in the monster world, so a party inviting everyone makes the most sense
