I was able to spend the last couple of days at the National Pork Industry Conference. There was a number of world class speakers and it was great talking with other producers from across the country!
On a day where it’s supposed to be 95 degrees with 45 mph it’s nice to get started before it’s too terribly hot. Hopefully we get some rain as soon as this hay is put up.
Doing some early morning hay raking and waiting for the sun to dry off the little bit of dew we have. It seems weird to be begging for rain with hay down but there’s no hope of a 2nd cutting without some.
Riding a tugboat in the PNW to promote #soybeans for cleaner diesel alternatives. Lots of opportunities for biodiesel and renewable diesel to meet future clean fuel standards.
@GreenwayPork@mgreenbietz@PigFarmer16 Did you ever realize I am wearing a “Lady Tiger Camp” shirt and Mandi is wearing a “South Dakota Boys State” shirt?
