I am disgusted and appalled at the ignorant and dangerous attacks on Dr. Keith Hansen and the calls for his firing. I have known and worked with Dr. Hansen since I was in college and doing research on infertility with him.

He is consistently thoughtful, kind, caring, and relentless in ensuring his patients get the care they need. He is an asset to our state’s medical community and I support him whole heartedly.

I then had him as my own infertility doctor in my 20’s and 30’s and he is who helped me become a mom to my three beautiful children. I worked with him while in medical school and now consider him a wonderful colleague at Sanford School of Medicine and at the SDSMA.
