@AmazonHelp "Take it as feedback" isn't fixing the problem, Ram. My father faced the EXACT SAME issue TODAY (see attached screenshot). Another order was falsely marked as "rejected" with zero phone calls. Your delivery partners are faking attempts. When will this actually be investigated?

@amazonIN cancelled my order saying I "rejected" it (0 calls!). Support promised redelivery, made me wait, then just refunded it. 🙄
