3 hours of scrolling a day is:
90 hours a month
1,095 hours a year
Over 450 days across 10 years
That's 15 months of your life spent watching other people live theirs.
Put the phone down, go outside, and touch grass. Your life is happening now, not on the screen.
This will forever be one of my favorite sports on TV memories. As a kid, watching McGwire belt home runs in the derby over the Green Monster was an all timer. No gimmicks, just pure bombs.
I sent this to every hitter I train. (You should do the same.)
It's a phenomenal example of what it actually takes and what it looks like.
Watch it. Save it. Send it to your hitters.
Remembering Pat Summerall, born 96 years ago today🕯️
Pat's narration of CBS's cinematic NFL opens were unrivaled — each a mini-masterpiece.
Three of my favorites:
• 1985 NFC Championship, set to Vince DiCola's "War/Fanfare" from Rocky IV
• 1990 NFC Championship, set to Johann Strauss II's "Blue Danube Waltz" and George Thorogood's "Bad to the Bone"
• 1992 Thanksgiving, set to Guns N' Roses "November Rain"
Happy “Interior Decorators Whose Houses Look Like Shit” Day if you’re observing it….
Today marks 25 years since one of the greatest TV scenes ever made.
The Sopranos

Incredible take from Charles Barkley on Tom Izzo:
"The media, who don't know anything about sports, say 'Why is he yelling his players?' That's called coaching... if parents & friends get mad because you're getting yelled at, get better parents & better friends."
The king of one-liners, Henny Youngman(d. 1998), would've turned 120 today.
"Goodfellas"(1990).
He had a cameo in the “Air France” and stole it with four words: “Take my wife, please!”

New England Patriots QB Drake Maye was asked what his favorite Bible verse was at Super Bowl media day.
“Proverbs 16:9. The heart of a man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps.”
