@tctiptop@MrZachG In my experience, it’s been the opposite. The tenured teachers know what they’re doing and know how to keep kids engaged while maintaining order throughout the entire day. It’s more likely the new teachers who can’t control their classes, and they are chaotic.

It’s all about priorities, how you spend your money and choosing a field that will yield a decent income.
