You can't do this with CourseSites as CourseSites users do not have Admin level acess to the service. Follow the steps at https://t.co/TnIyIo9vBL to integrate with your course as an instructor.

It depends on where you are trying to upload. You could add in a discussion as an attachment but not in the course outline.
