@deborah_mellott@AskCiti Unfortunately they won't respond unless you message them directly (DM). They're petrified of letting the world see just how terrible they are.
This happened to me several times until I dumped them. $10 transactions denied when @Citi's online site showed $16,000+ available credit.
@libsoftiktok Bribery is part of his culture.
<sarcasm> Surely he should be allowed to bribe in the US without fear of prosecution? π </sarcasm>
@aj_inapi Yes, but: it means little if the US cannot reduce debts via balanced budgets, expenditure reductions, and (massive) revenue increases. The latter cannot come from income/gains taxes (too politically polarizing), so revenue must be externally captured.
@AskCiti@Cernovich They want you in a DM so nobody else sees just how horrible they are.
@Citi will screw their customers six ways to Sunday and lie thru their teeth.
You have a large following. We'd all benefit from more transparency if you're willing to grill them openly
@AskCiti@ledwith_michael I had the exact same experience after they acquired the Barclay bank credit business. They couldn't spell "customer" if you spotted them 8 letters.
I hope you dump @Citi like I did.
@AskCiti@dowdtweets James this is the best time to dump @Citi for a bank that actually values their customers. @AskCiti is nothing but the dullest knife in the drawer.
@Citi is about as sharp as a bowling ball
@AskCiti@Abbyxmuvva Rip off the bandaid and dump @Citi . You'll thank yourself later. They clearly hate customers, so you're better off with a bank that actually values your business.
