Having said that, there’s a lot more written on these topics by erudite people like Yasser Kureshi, Maryam Khan etc. I’m sure I have missed many more pieces & other imp works that merit attention. @TnagarTornado @gautambhatia88 7) I do want to add though that although there are a lot of parallels to draw btw the Indian and Pakistani SCs, an “executive court” is not one of them. The Pak SC has been v. assertive in the last decade often intruding into the policy domain of the executive
