Corey Comperatore was a husband, a dad, and a man of faith. He was the former Fire Chief of the Buffalo Township Volunteer Fire Company.

On July 13, 2024, he died shielding his wife and daughters from bullets at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.

He should have gone home. Instead, Secret Service failures cost him his life.

We pressed Secret Service Director Kim Cheatle on those failures in a hearing on the Oversight Committee. She resigned the next day.

Corey gave his life for the people he loved. His family deserves justice.
