@chase Really fumbled the bag with the transition of First Republic customers. If you weren't going to port data - just tell us. Saying one thing, doing another...leaving customers on the hook are not what we received with First Republic. Lost all of our bill pay, etc. Thanks.
@Davidjpark96 a. Know & be honest with yourself about what matters most to you, b. If sell, will not be yours anymore - decisions, constraints, etc will frustrate you as you won't fully control, c. give yourself grace - you make the best decision possible with available info - not perfect info

@SeaWorld online ticket buying process is terrible. Pretty sure I'm going to be out a ton of money having bought their Front of Line access twice accidentally. No way to get ahold of anyone when I immediately recognized the mistake. No refund status. Just a terrible experience.
