@henckertj @SpannersReady I agree spanners. On the risk reward thing. If your take is AT just understood the race and what would benefit Max and thus tried again rather than retiring the car out of “an abundance of caution” there is no risk because it could never be proven. Risk is 0 reward is 100.

@ProfTags Same Dan. This year has been so relentless. I have all the same caveats you do (I know it's much worse for others etc). Still...it's been so hard and my mental, emotional, and physical health are suffering.

@djpressman I've been wondering about this to. Dems in my community took distancing much more seriously than Rs and thus canvassed and did fewer in-person registration drives. No sense yet if it mattered or not. Also interesting question, did it matter for senate/local but not for pres?

A lot of people forget that colleges are massive employers up and down the economic spectrum, and crucially, are more evenly distributed geographically than big business. In many small communities the local college is lifeblood. #StimulusPackage2020 2/2

I'm sure it's been said already, but if businesses big and small are getting bailouts and access to bridge loans colleges should too. Colleges, like travel and restaurants, are going to be esspecialy hard hit by this. 1/2 #StimulusPackage2020
