Likewise casually jumping red signals is normal, which is dangerous for other traffic rules followers

Traffic congestion on S.P.Ring road at Nikol junction is horrific. It can take between 5 to 50 minutes just to cross junction. All issues together: Road with many potholes, ongoing & traffic volume. Someone from government has to take leadership to resolve issue.
